What started out as a Halloween joke has become a highly anticipated reality. First unveiled at Computex, SilverStone decided to give the iconic GD09 HTPC case a retro look inspired by Japanese retro culture. Due to the enormous demand, SilverStone officially introduces this concept as a FLP01 model. This new standard model allows users to build high-end systems in a nostalgic, retro-styled design. In the FLP01, all the main features of the original GD09 housing have been retained, e.g. The ML-03 enclosure features a wide range of features such as support for the form factor of SSI CEB motherboards and flexible drive configurations adorned by design elements of the ML03 chassis. With the positive pressure-based cooling system and better access to the filter, it becomes a practical, yet stylish option for HTPC designs. With the FLP01, users can now enjoy a retro-inspired upgrade with numerous special features for their high-performance systems.
