The dual-anchor configuration provides two independent attachment points for resistance bands or suspension straps.
- ANCHOR-ONLY SYSTEM – USE WITH YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT This listing includes the wall mount anchor system only. The system is compatible with resistance bands, loop bands, tube bands, suspension straps, and exercise tubes. The dual anchors allow using two different resistance levels simultaneously. What's included: 2 wall tracks (each 40 inches long), 2 self-locking anchors, mounting screws. When installed one above the other, the two tracks provide 80 inches of total vertical coverage.
- HARDWARE INCLUDED – WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION Mounting screws are included. Installation requires basic tools (drill, screwdriver – not included). The system mounts to solid walls, drywall, wood studs, concrete, and door frames. For drywall installation, drywall anchors are sold separately. Mounting into studs is recommended for heavy use. Installation note: The two 40-inch tracks are installed vertically stacked – one track mounted above the other. Total installed height is 80 inches.
- 70 HEIGHT POSITIONS WITH SELF-LOCKING MECHANISM The 70 adjustable height positions across 80 inches (35 positions on the upper track + 35 positions on the lower track) accommodate different exercises, user heights, and training positions – from standing and sitting to kneeling or lying on the floor. Each anchor features a self-locking mechanism that secures when tension is applied. The wall-mounted design requires zero floor space.
